ーブを同時に形成することが可能となり、巻き型及び
カーブ押し型が不要となります。また、生産のための
工具・人員・作業段取・型保存等が大幅に削減できます

２．簡単なキーボードの操作で、玉型及びカーブを任意に
変更でき、部分的修正も簡単な操作で出来ます。

３．独自のカーブ機構の採用により、カーブ精度が向上し
また側面に傷をつけません。

４．ワイヤ自動送り出し装置を採用しているため、常に安
定供給が可能です。

５．カット位置の変更は、コンピュータディスプレイに描か
れるグラフィックデザイン上のマーカーをキーボードの
操作にて移動させることにより、簡単に位置決めでき
ます。

６．ワイヤ送りに誤差が生じた場合は、自動停止装置が働
きます。

７．カッターナイフ交換により、V型、平型、及びナイロール
のカッティングが可能です。

９．ナイロールリムの曲げ加工のプログラミングも簡単に

１．By combining lens shape tracer, personal computer,
and CNC-3 axial control device, this machine can form
the lens shape and lens curve at the same time ,
thus the winding dies and curve pressing dies are not
necessary. The number of tools and operators can be
drastically decreased and preparation time can be
reduced. The dies are not necessary to be stocked.

２．The lens shape and curve can be changed by easy
key-boad operation. Partial change of them is also
very easy.

３．By our original curve system, curve accuracy improved
and the sides of the frame will not be damaged.

４．The automatic wire delivery device enables stable supply
of the wire.

５．The cutting position can be easily changed by moving the
marker of the graphic design on the computer display
from the key-boad.

６．If any error occurs in wire delivery, the automatic stop
device stops operation.

７．By replacing the cutter knife, V shape cutting and flat
cutting as well as Nylor cutting are available.

８. By using a new tracer and input programs, working accuracy
has improved a lot.

９. The Nylor rim bending program can be easily operated.
